Short version: you pay for a position on a public list. That's the whole product.
What you are buying
bidwar displays a ranked list of links and profiles. A completed payment places or raises a listing according to the rules. You are buying the position itself — nothing more. We do not promise traffic, clicks, signups, sales, search rankings or any other outcome, and a position can be taken by anyone willing to pay more at any moment.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with them, and they issue the invoice and handle any tax due.
- Prices are set in US dollars. You may be charged in your local currency at checkout; the rank you receive is always based on the US dollar amount shown when you paid.
- Amounts are whole dollars, $5 minimum for a new listing. Raising an existing listing charges only the difference between your current total and your new one.
- A payment is what claims a rank. Nothing is reserved before payment completes.
Refunds
Payments are final and non-refundable. That includes being outranked later, changing your mind about the URL you submitted, and having a listing removed for breaking the rules. The two exceptions we will always refund: a duplicate charge, and a Spotlight seat that was taken by someone else before your payment completed. Ask through support.bidwar@gmail.com and the refund is issued through Dodo Payments.
Your listing
- You confirm you have the right to list the URL or handle you submit, and you are responsible for whatever it points to.
- Listings that break the rules or the law can be removed or re-categorised without notice and without refund.
- We may reject or remove anything we consider harmful, deceptive, or damaging to the board — this is a curated public page, not a neutral pipe.
- Submitting a logo grants us permission to display it alongside your listing for as long as the listing exists.
Availability
The board is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We may change how ranking, categories or Spotlight work, and we may take the site down. If we shut the board down permanently we will say so publicly first; paid positions are not refunded pro rata.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with bidwar is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic or indirect losses.
Changes
We may change these terms and the rules. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
